Diversity Monitoring Reports

We are committed to promoting and providing equality of opportunity. Everyone applying for a position with the Authority is asked to complete a monitoring questionnaire. At the end of each recruitment process the completed monitoring forms are analysed and a report produced to help us monitor the effectiveness and fairness of our policy and processes

Police Use of Resources (PURE) Assessment

The police use of resources assessment (PURE) is undertaken by the Audit Commission as part of their responsibility to examine the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the Authority's use of resources under section 5(1)(e) of the Audit Commission Act 1998.
