This area of the Publication Scheme contains copies of some of information that has been disclosed in response to requests for information received by Devon & Cornwall Police Authority under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We will publish all requests and responses that have been given in response to a media request, as well as any responses where we feel that information disclosed is in the general public interest. The disclosure logs will be placed onto this website after the responses have been sent to the requester.

Business Interest Appeals
"Please confirm whether or not in the last 3 years a police
authority panel has been convened as a result of a request from a
Chief Constable to, hear a case to decide whether a police officer
should be dismissed as a result of an allegation of having an
incompatible business interest under section 7 police regulations
2003. If so what was the business interest and what was the

Special Police Services - 12/11/09
In relation to information and/or documents relating to the request for/provision of Special Police Services pursuant to section 25 of the Police Act 1996 by the local police force to the Football League Clubs of Plymouth Argyle, Exeter City and Torquay United.
Please provide the following:
- Copies of all documents relating to;
- The area at or surrounding each Club’s ground for which you will seek to recover the costs of providing Special Police Services;
- The level of deployment for which costs will be levied on the club;
- The costs of deployment of each level of member of staff; and
- The period for which charges will be levied.
