  11. Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Funding
    The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the funding issues that currently exist with regards to mainstreaming of posts, achieving the Home Office uplift of 458 posts and identifying and obtaining partnership funding.
  12. Capital Programme Update
    Provides a context for the decisions required on the individual property projects included later on the agenda.
  13. Totnes Refurbishment
    Recommends approval for full refurbishment of the basement, ground floor and first floor at Totnes Police Station.
  14. Proposals for the Training College Refurbishment
    The report provides information on the current and projected future needs of the various users of the training college in terms of physical space and facilities and presents a business case for a programme of refurbishment.
  15. Business Case for Operational Estate in Bodmin
    Presents a business case to support improvements to the operational estate in the Bodmin area.
  16. Refurbishment of Barnstaple Police Station
    This report provides a short update to the Police Authority detailing the settlement offer made to Taskland and makes a recommendation to approve the necessary additional funding that was required to bring this dispute to a close and complete outstanding work following Taskland’s removal from site.
  17. Proposed Sale and Leaseback of Teignmouth Police Station
    This report seeks approval for the sale and leaseback of Teignmouth Police Station. The Operational Estates Strategy and South & West Devon BCU have previously identified and agreed that a replacement for Teignmouth Police Station is both necessary and a high priority
  18. Proposals for the Covert Operations Branch
    This report provides information on the current and projected future needs of covert operations in terms of physical space and facilities.
  19. Date of next meeting
    Recommended that the date of the next meeting is moved to 29 November 2005.
