Asks that the performance of the Fund Managers and the Devon and Cornwall Investment Fund along with the overall functioning of the Treasury Management Strategy be noted. - Business Benefits Measurements and Monitoring Force Development Programme
Outlines the current situation in relation to the delivery of business benefits and the imperative of bringing programmes and projects into line with the Force five year vision.
