Policing Training for Neighbourhood Beat Managers (124 Kb)
Superintendent Ian Curtis will make a presentation on the training programme which is being delivered throughout the Constabulary to Neighbourhood Beat Managers. A short introductory report is attached to the Agenda. - HMIC Training Review Best Practice
An oral update on the implementation of the HMIC recommendations. - Human Resources Improvement Plan
An oral report about the HR Improvement Plan which is a compilation of various plans that require an HR commitment. Please bring your copy of the Improvement Plan (circulated on 08.12.04) to the meeting. - Champion

Many current initiatives such as job evaluation may have impact on gender issues and it has been suggested that the Authority should nominate a person as a Gender Issues Champion. In order for the role to be understood and developed a role profile has been suggested. The Committee is asked to agree the role profile and nominate a person as the Gender Issues Champion. - Police
