The report requests the Committee to approve the disciplinary and incapability procedure which has been amended to reflect the findings of a diversity audit. - Local Government Pension Scheme
The report provides the Committee with information about proposed changes to the Local Government Pension Scheme which is the occupational pension scheme for Police Staff and directly employed Officers of the Police Authority. - Long Term Sickness Profile

An oral update will be given on the implementation of the Her Majesty’s Inspector of Constabulary (HMIC) recommendations. - Force Costed Training Plan
All Forces are required to produce a Force Training Plan, which is costed, and to provide this to the Home Office and HMIC. The plan should aim to capture all training delivered by or on behalf of the Force. This paper seeks to provide members with a summary of the Force Costed Training Plan. - Police Staff Induction Training
Members of the committee were first introduced to the concept of a Police Staff Induction file at their meeting on 8 June 2004. This report details progress since then and asks for a number of recommendations to be considered. - Force Leadership Development Update
