The report will give on the implementation of Her Majesty’s Inspector of Constabulary (HMIC) recommendations. To follow - Multi Agency Training within Devon and Constabulary
This paper presents what multi agency training is currently delivered and what is being planned and asks that the committee members note the contents and provide feedback as they feel appropriate. - HMIC Baseline Assessment People Results
The documents provided for the committee are a copy of the survey questions and a summary of the responses. - Update on Induction Process for Police Staff
A Police Staff induction process has been introduced and the report provides information and feedback from the initial courses. - Staff Support Groups Policy
The policy regarding staff support groups is presented to the Committee for information following A request at the September meeting. - Long term Sickness
The report provides a summary of long term (in excess of 100 days) sickness information. - Job and Grading Review
The report provides information about information and responsibilities for the job and regrading process as requested by the committee. - Regulation A20 Panel Recommendation
The Regulation A20 panel meeting in September requested that a report be submitted to the Human Resources Committee recommending that the Police Authority be informed and consulted of any case where an applicant is being considered for re-appointment against the advice of the Force Medical Officer. to follow - HR Functions and Future Plans

The report provides information about police staffing as requested by the Committee at its meeting in September. To follow - Housing Issues and the Deployment of Police Officers
The report will provide an update on the impact that the availability and affordability of housing accommodation has on the recruitment and deployment of Police Officers and Police Staff - Police Authority Disability Equality Scheme

This oral report from the Director of Human resources is to raise awareness of the revised discretions now available regarding early termination of employment resulting form changes to the Local Government Pension Scheme and seeks a strategic steer for the future decisions. - The National Police Staff Council Handbook and Weekend Enhancements for Devon & Cornwall Police Staff
This report updates the Committee on work being undertaken with the objective being to implement the Police Staff Council National Handbook and accepting it as providing minimum standards of employment for allowances and benefits. To follow - Civilianisation Programme
