The Complaints Panel and Appeals Under Police Regulations 1995 is made up of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Police Authority, and the Chairmen of the Performance Management, Resources, Community Engagement and Human Resources Committees.
Terms of Reference
Delegated powers to consider and determine on behalf of the Authority any complaints received against chief police officers and any appeals made under the Police Regulations 1995.
