5. Update from the Performance Analysis Working Group
   Report from the Chair of the Performance Management Committee updating Members on the outcomes of the Performance Analysis Working Group meeting on the 26th August.

7. Revisions to the Independent Custody Visitor Scheme of Expenses
   A report for members to note the changes proposed to the Independent Custody Visitor’s Expenses Scheme.
8. Commitment to Children & Young People
   On 5 August several members from the Police Authority met to discuss our obligations to safeguard, protect and promote the well-being of Children and Young People as defined by the Children’s Act 2004. An action plan has been agreed to outline how the Police Authority can best monitor, scrutinise, challenge and support the Force within the Children & Young People’s business area and in the fulfilment of its own duties under the Children’s Act. Some of the actions have a strategic impact and as such would benefit from advice and endorsement by the Chairs’ Committee.
9. Amendments to the Police Pensions Regulations
   Report outlining the main changes and the implications they will bring. Report to Follow.

11. Job Evaluation Procurement Strategy
    To seek the Police Authority’s approval for the proposed Job Evaluation Procurement Strategy.
12. Job Evaluation and Pay and Grading Review
    This report is to advise members of the progress to date on the implementation of Job Evaluation (JE) and grading review and to approve the Police Authority’s own governance arrangement.
13. Update in respect of the Devon & Cornwall Police 2012 Change Programme
    Update in respect of the Force 2012 Change Programme which includes a summary report covering the updated Programme Business Case and a Programme milestone plan indicating.
14. Sensitive Cases – Proposal for Enhanced Communication and Transparency 
    Report of the Deputy Chief Constable proposing a method for how the Force can inform the Authority of any sensitive issues that arise.
15. Risk Register
    To consider all risks allocated to the Chairs Committee and make recommendations to the Risk Review Group of any suggested changes.
